The Low-Carbon Materials Procurement and Adoption Accelerator(the Green Materials Book) is an integrated service platform for key industrial materials—including steel, aluminum, cement, and chemicals. It focuses on advancing clean, low-carbon materials from being “definable” to being widely procurable, applicable, and scalable. The platform provides end-to-end support across four core areas: standards development and mutual recognition; techno-economic analysis and cost trend insights; upstream–downstream collaboration and working group development; and innovative procurement models and tools (such as environmental attribute certificates and book and claim mechanisms).
